Hi there fellow human! I'm Nicole, a neurodivergent Massage and Energy Practitioner dedicated to supporting nervous system regulation through personalized bodywork - working as deeply as your body comfortably allows, while easing systemic fascia tension and encouraging general lymphatic flow.
I am passionate about providing a nurturing and energetically safe space, to help those seeking equanimity (a sense of deep calm despite the internal/external emotional and physical weather of your human existence).
All of my sessions are customized to promote a safe space where you - body, mind, and soul - are able to relax and unwind. Whether you prefer silence or conversation, my priority is utilizing our time together to leave you feeling blissful. All releases are welcome here - tummy gurgles, deep sighs, snoring, drooling, giggling, and even passing gas - are all celebrated for the releases that they are.

- Aromatherapy (our space is scent neutral, but if a scent helps you relax - let's utilize that!)
- If you prefer a specific type of lotion/oil/suave, feel free to bring it in and we can incorporate it!
- If you prefer no lotion/oil used, everything can be worked through the barrier of clothing and/or sheets
