Service Description
This session offers a gentle space for your body and nervous system to settle into a state of rest, presence and renewal. Through gentle touch, or hands held just above the body, these sessions encourage your natural capacity for balance and helps quiet the internal noise. People often feel more connected to themselves afterward. It's like a relaxing tune-up for your whole body.
Cancellation Policy
Payment: Due day of session - Cash or App preferred (Apple Pay, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App) - Credit/Debit accepted for an additional $5 service fee. Cancelation Policy: Life happens, and bodies don't always follow the plans we make. I just ask for communication as soon as you are able if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.
